Hello there everybody, my name is Wilfried, I'm new here at the Domaine. I recently took on the responsibility for the Bist'roch I'm here to talk about. I also manage our inn located at Premeaux Prissey, which is close by here. The Bistt'roch is an attractive wine bar, but also a restaurant. We offer a variety of fixed menus, every day of the week, for both lunch and dinner. So we welcome you anytime between 11 am until 10 pm. Ten in the evening is the latest one can order. Our daily fixed menus are simple, are established by Chef Marco based on what is in season locally... Lunches are 17€, composed of a starter, main dish and dessert. Dinner at 23€ has two starters, a main dish and a dessert. or else a starter, main dish, cheese platter, or a dessert. This depends on what Marco finds at the market. If you do not care for the fixed menu, and would prefer simply a plate of charcuterie, No problem, we have a selection of charcuterie from Raymond Lecoq, from Roquebrun, a beautiful area of the Languedoc. At the Bist'roch we've created a warm and friendly setting, a cosy place, to have a drink with friends... or enjoy lunch or dinner. The Bist'roch is also the only place you can discover the Domaine's wines. whether to taste them here or if you wish, to take some home.
