Wire lifting

It's time for trelliswork, wire lifting. The aim is to lift the wires as high as possible, to hold the canes correctly. keep the vines apart, to allow air to flow between them. Afterwards we do the trelliswork. Which is to separate the canes from each other. We need to disentangle them... allowing air flow around the grapes, and so the bunches get the best sun exposure possible.
