DESSUS LES GOLLARDES

Integrated into the domain un 2018, this “climat” named “Dessus les Gollardes” belongs to the Savigny appellation. Located above the village of Savigny-les-Beaunes, the plot is very well exposed, which ensures very healthy grapes and very fruity wines. The vine of the plot is 1,15 ha of Pinot Noir and 0,4 ha of Chardonnay.

GLAPIGNY

GLAPIGNY, GLAPIGNY BONCOURT, GLAPIGNY PONCET

Glapigny, like Glapigny Poncet and Glapigny Boncourt, is part of the territory producing “Bourgognes Grand Ordinaire”, named today “Côteaux Bourguignons”, below the village of Vosne-Romanée. The rich alluvial soil of the plain does not have the material to give a real expression of the “terroir”. The vines are tended and the wine vinified in a way as to express the character of the grape itself.

GLAPIGNY PONCET

Glapigny Poncet, like Glapigny and Glapigny Boncourt is part of the Bourgognes Grand Ordinaire territory, named today “Côteaux Bourguignons”, below the village of Vosne-Romanée. The rich alluvial soil of the plain does not have the material to offer a real expression of “terroir”. At this plot of 0.27 hectares planted with gamay, the vines are tended and the wine vinified so as to express fully not just the character of gamay itself, but somewhat ‘pinoter’. The result is a pleasing everyday quaffing red.

GLAPIGNY BONCOURT

Glapigny Boncourt, Like Glapigny and Glapigny Poncet, is part of the Bourgognes Grand Ordinaire territory, today named “Côteaux Bourguignons”, below the village of Vosne-Romanée. The rich alluvial soil of the plain does not have the material to offer a true expression of “terroir, therefore, on this plot of 0.437 ha the vines are managed and wine vinified so as to express fully the character of the chardonnay grape, making a fresh, lively picnic style white.
